Refunds and Returns are generally NOT accepted and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Please Keep in mind that in order for a return to fully processed, it must be able to be resold in like NEW condition with tags and original packaging included. Also, the refund will processed back to the original payment method and may take up to 2-3 weeks to process depending on the bank institution.
